RETURNS POLICY

30 DAY RETURN

We accept the refund within 30 days. If it is more than 30 days after you buy the product, we cannot refund the money or exchange it fully.

REFUND CONDITIONS

We have to receive unused items and in the same situation as when it is delivered.

The items must be in the original packaging.

There should be a receipt or purchase evidence. We may request an email for online orders.

The final items sold for the last time are not eligible to be refunded or exchanged.

The items purchased via gift cards will receive equivalent gift card credit.

Exchange is only allowed if the item is considered to be faulty or damaged.

CANCEL THE ORDER BEFORE DELIVERY

Within 24 hours of your order. If you have any requests, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can deal with them promptly.

TRANSPORT

When your exchange request is approved, we will give you instructions on how to return the goods.

You will be responsible for shipping costs related to the return of the goods to us

After receiving the item returns and verifies the eligibility for the exchange, we will handle the exchange.

In case of a fault from the store, we will replace the product for you free of charge.

PRODUCTS TO DAMAGED

Unfortunately your order is damaged. We will try our best to avoid damage. If this happens, you may refuse to receive the goods at the delivery point and the product will be returned to the driver.

Please take photos of damaged items if possible. Please contact us and I please attach the image.

 

REFUND POLICY

REFUND TIME

Please check your product when you receive and notify us about any defect, the product is missing or delivered wrong. You have 30 days to return the product to us from the date of delivery to get refund. If over the deadline, unfortunately we will not refund or change the product.

COMPENSATION

When we receive your goods, we will check and notify you that we have received your return goods.

We will promptly notify you about your refund after checking items.

If your refund is approved, we will start refunding the credit card/debit card or gift voucher you choose.

REFUND LATE OR MISSING

If you have not received a refund, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, which may take some time before your refunds are officially posted.

Next, please contact your bank. Usually it will take a period of processing time before the refund is deposited.
