ORDER PROCESSING

Cut-off Time: 6PM (Eastern Standard Time)

Order processing time: All orders are processed within 1-3 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we receive a large number of orders, the shipment may be delayed for a few days. Please allow additional shipping date for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

DELIVERY TIME

The estimated delivery time is 7 to 20 working days from the date of order.

A signature will be required when delivery.

However, there will be cases where we cannot transport in advance such as weather conditions or logistics difficulties that can lead to small delays. Please add additional delivery date for delivery. If there is a delay during the conversion process, we will contact you via email.

COST CALCULATION

Standard shipping: $ 6.99 for all orders.

SHIPPING SERVICES

We work with the US Postal Service and other shipping providers to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely.

ORDER STATUS

After transportation, we will send an email with a tracking number. You will be able to track your package directly on the service provider’s website.

THE PARCEL IS LOST/DELAYED

If your parcel seems to be delayed or lost, please email us. We will do everything in our ability to support you.

We really recommend choosing the delivery address that you trust and preferably the address that someone can receive and sign the package.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

We will not be responsible for the loss of any parcels sent due to incorrect delivery information. If you accidentally sent the wrong address when placing your order, please contact us immediately.
